1) Which parent will encourage a relationship with the other parent?
-The Court will look positively on this.

2) Which parent was doing most of the Parenting before the divorce?
-The Court will look positively on this.

3) Who is talking to the kids about the litigation?
-The Court will not look positively on this.

4) Which parent is speaking disparagingly against the other parent?
-The court does not look positively on this.

5) One parent had an affair?
-The Court will generally not consider this a factor in its determination.
